1.集团化不符合日本超级经济大国的利益。日本作为一个经济活力强,国际地位在不断提高的世界超级经济大国,多年来一直在积极推行经济国际化,全球化的战略。同时,由于日本企业所向披靡的竞争力,因而从总体上说,今天的日本比其它任何国家都更积极地支持关贸总协定所倡导的自由贸易原则。日本对外经济发展战略的根本出发点,是推动世界经济一体化的进程,从而为日本在全球范围内开展经济
1. Group does not meet the interests of Japan’s super-economic power. As a superpower in the world with a strong economic vitality and an ever-increasing international status, Japan has been actively promoting the strategy of economic internationalization and globalization for many years. At the same time, due to the invincibility of Japanese companies, Japan today as a whole is more active than any other country in supporting the principle of free trade advocated by the GATT. Japan’s fundamental starting point for its foreign economic development strategy is to promote the process of world economic integration so as to develop Japan’s economy on a global scale
