一、概述 立式压铸机浇注系统的直浇口为较长的截圆锥形,这样形状的直浇口以称为锥形浇口为宜。卧式压铸机的浇注系统一般是与圆柱形余料连接的侧浇口,但有的铸件由于形状结构的特点,必须采用中心锥形浇口才能保证质量。譬如型腔深而由中心部位径向往外呈放射状片形结构的零件,为必须采用中心锥形浇口的典型实例。中心锥形浇口充填型腔时的优点是金属引入处到铸件各边远处流动距离均为最短,对有些铸件结构还易于获得合理的金属流向,从而有助于压铸件质量的提高。
