平滑肌细胞(SMC)增生是血管成形术后再狭窄(RS)发生的主要原因,目前认为是手术部位损伤的动脉壁释放各种生长因子使SMC的生物学持性发生变化,继而出现异常增殖.作者采用体外细胞培养方法观察再狭窄形成不同时间的细胞生长速度,旨在为再狭窄预防用药及时间的选择提供依据.
Smooth muscle cell (SMC) hyperplasia is the main cause of restenosis (RS) after angioplasty. At present it is considered that the release of various growth factors in the arterial wall damaged by the surgical site causes the change of the biological support of SMC, and then the abnormal proliferation. The authors use in vitro cell culture method to observe the cell growth rate of restenosis formed at different times, to provide the basis for the prevention of restenosis and the time of choice.
