【目的】探讨对婴儿家长健康教育的有效实施方式及效果评价。【方法】对362例参加了儿童健康教育的婴儿家长进行问卷调查,并抽取其中167例为实验组,门诊随机抽取142例为对照组,进行早期发展知识和实施调查。【结果】家长偏爱互动性强、实用性强的小课。实验组较对照组对婴幼儿早期发展的知晓率及实施参与明显高(P<0.05)。【结论】制定和完善适合个体化儿童健康教育的有效实施方式,有效提高家长对早期发展的认识。
【Objective】 To explore the effective implementation and effect evaluation of infant health education for infants. 【Methods】 A total of 362 infants and young children who participated in children ’s health education were surveyed by questionnaire. 167 of them were selected as the experimental group, and 142 outpatients were randomly selected as the control group for early development knowledge and implementation survey. 【Results】 Parents preferred interactive lessons with good practicality. The awareness rate and implementation participation of experimental group compared with control group on infant early development were significantly higher (P <0.05). 【Conclusion】 The formulation and improvement of effective implementation methods for individualized children’s health education can effectively improve parents’ understanding of early development.
