本系统采用TRS-80I型微计算机作主机,配以TQD-4计算机通道和自制100点高精度数据回检采集系统,组成了焦炉加热微机控制系统,实现了二次型最优化控制。本系统较好地适应了焦炉操作工艺规程,满足了焦炉加热系统的加热制度的要求,使全炉平均温度昼夜波动降为±5℃,各蓄热室顶部温度差小于±15℃,各水道温度与标准温度的偏差小于±15℃,焦饼中心温度稳定在1000±50℃,由于工艺参数稳定,有利于焦炭质量提高和焦炉炉龄的延长。本系统投运后,取得了较好的社会效益和经济效益:①提高了生产的稳定性;②降低了劳动强度:③降低能耗1.5%,每年可节
