伸筋丹是山东省文登整骨医院应用二十余年的经验方,在烟台地区卫生局的组织下,由烟台地区药品检定所、烟台市医科所、乳山县人民医院、威海市立医院、烟台市中医院、海军37015部队卫生科等组成的伸筋丹胶囊临床验证协作组对临床进行了观察,山东省医科院药研室药理室进行了药理试验,由威海制药厂、文登整骨医院研制成功。本品由巨蚓科动物参环毛蚓或缟蚯蚓的干燥体地龙、马锥科常绿乔木植物马钱子、橄榄科植物卡氏乳香树及其同属植物皮部渗出的油树脂乳香、橄榄科植物没药树或其同属植物茎干皮部渗出的油树脂没药等药物,经用科学方法加工制成胶囊剂。
