糠秕孢子菌毛囊炎(Pityrosporum Folliculitis)是由圆形糠秕孢子菌(P.orb)和卵圆形糠秕孢子菌(p.ovale)引起的毛囊性病变,是一种新发现的独立疾病。1969年由Weary证实P.orp为致病菌。国内由韩氏1987年首次报告(中华皮肤科杂志.1987;20(4):231～3),本文为我省首例报道。患者,男,30岁,工人,长沙人。主诉胸背及两上肢初起红疹子、不痒不痛、月余后,皮疹逐渐增多,并向颈、面部发展,曾诊断为痤疮,用药无效。患者以往身体健康,面部有烧伤史。体查:前胸、肩 Pityrosporum folliculitis is a newly discovered, independent disease characterized by hair follicles caused by P. orb and p.ovale.
