目的建立一种食品中甜蜜素快速准确的测定方法。方法采用Carrez试剂和超声波萃取处理样品,色谱条件:色谱柱为SPB-5(30m×0.53mm×1.0μmFILM);载气30ml/min,尾吹20ml/min;进样口温度140℃,柱温80℃,FID检测器温度160℃,无分流。结果在0.01~5.0mg/kg范围内线性良好,相关系数r=0.9990;方法定性检出限为1.2mg/kg,定量检出限8.0mg/kg,回收率大于96.4%,相对标准偏差小于4.4%。结论通过对样品采用Carrez试剂消除蛋白质等影响,超声波萃取,使用大口径弱极性毛细管具有简便、快速,精密度和准确度高的优点。
Objective To establish a rapid and accurate determination method of sodium cyclamate in food. Methods The samples were treated with Carrez reagent and ultrasonic extraction. The chromatographic conditions were: SPB-5 (30m × 0.53mm × 1.0μmFILM), carrier gas 30ml / min and tail gas 20ml / min. 80 ℃, FID detector temperature 160 ℃, no shunt. The results showed good linearity in the range of 0.01-5.0mg / kg with a correlation coefficient of 0.9990. The detection limit was 1.2mg / kg, the limit of detection was 8.0mg / kg, the recovery was more than 96.4% and the relative standard deviation was less than 4.4 %. Conclusion By using Carrez’s reagent to eliminate proteins and other effects, the ultrasonic extraction and the use of large-diameter and weak-polarity capillaries have the advantages of simplicity, speed, precision and accuracy.
