对地质湖盆沉积模拟实验室湖盆上装载检测仪器用的桥梁(测桥)总体方案设计中的精度问题进行了分析。通过对各机构的精度分析认为,影响测桥机构精度的主要因素是:1.桥驱动-传动装置的精度;2.桥运行机构在沿运行导轨方向上的运动精度;3.桥运行机构在垂直于导轨方向(侧向)上的精度;4.桥运行机构在桥两侧导轨上运行的同步精度;5.桥上小车运行时的精度;6.桥的挠度等。根据精度要求,初步论证了测桥的总体驱动-传动方案和限位机构,以此来保证测桥的总体设计精度能较好地满足实验提出的精度要求。
The precision problems in the overall scheme design of the bridge (bridge measuring bridge) used in the loading and testing instrument for the lake basin in the sedimentary simulation basin of the geological lake basin are analyzed. According to the precision analysis of each agency, the main factors that affect the accuracy of measuring bridge are: 1. The accuracy of the bridge operating mechanism in the direction perpendicular to the guide rail (lateral) Synchronization accuracy of bridge operating mechanism running on both sides of bridge; 5. The accuracy of the car running on the bridge; 6. Bridge deflection and so on. According to the accuracy requirements, the overall driving-transmission scheme and limit mechanism of the bridge are preliminarily demonstrated, which can ensure the overall design accuracy of the bridge can meet the accuracy requirements of the experiment.
