随着时代的进步以及教育体制改革的不断深入,素质教育的重要性日益凸显。国家曾出台了关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定。而作为应用型人才培养院校,更应该注重对于学生的素质教育,有效担任其培养新型人才的历史使命,致力于我国优秀人才的培养。而要想做好这一工作,必须转变教育转念,进一步深化教育改革,建立起系统性的创新性人才的培养模式。本文就针对创新人才培养模式全面推进创业素质教育进行研究与探讨。
With the progress of the times and the deepening of education system reform, the importance of quality education has become increasingly prominent. The state has promulgated the decision on deepening education reform and promoting quality education in an all-round way. As an application-oriented personnel training institution, we should pay more attention to the quality education of students, effectively serve the historic mission of cultivating new talents and dedicate ourselves to the cultivation of our country’s outstanding talents. To accomplish this task, we must change the concept of education, further deepen the education reform and establish a systematic and innovative mode of training qualified personnel. This article will focus on innovative personnel training model to promote the quality of education entrepreneurship research and discussion.
