目前,公路部门在人力资源管理方面仍然是粗放式管理,这样就会造成工作人员工作积极性下降,使得公路部门的发展受到一定制约。本文就公路系统人力资源管理体系精细化进行了讨论,首先阐述了实现人力资源管理体系精细化的现实意义,然后指出了我国一些地区公路系统人力资源管理体系所存在的问题,最后提出了一些建议,以加快公路系统人力资源精细化管理发展进程。
At present, the highway departments are still extensively managed in terms of human resources management, which will result in a decrease in the enthusiasm of staff and make the development of the highway department restricted to some extent. This paper discusses the refinement of human resources management system of highway system. Firstly, it expatiates the practical significance of realizing human resources management system refinement. Then it points out the problems existing in human resources management system of highway system in some parts of our country, and finally puts forward some suggestions , In order to speed up the development of human resources management of highway system.
