中等职业技术学校在生源素质、教育心理、发展目标和学生培养等方面具有多样化的个性特征,这就要求中职语文教学活动必须始终本着专业化的社会导向原则,坚持从实用性出发,努力找准语文教学与专业发展的契合点,在根据学生发展和社会就业需要的同时,从课程的目标、开发、结构、实施、管理和考评等环节要加大改革力度,更好地实现“以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,走产学研结合之路”的教育创新目标,从而使得中职教育和经济社会的发展需要趋向和谐化适应,努力促进学生职业素养的形成和发展,为增强他们的就业能力和创业能力奠定好坚实基础。本文试对此作一些简要阐述。
