空间折板式斜交网格结构由于结构体系及节点构造复杂,施工过程中影响结构受力和变形的因素众多,对整个施工过程进行仿真分析和监测成为保证结构施工安全的重要技术措施。以黄石体育馆钢屋盖工程为例,基于有限元理论的状态变量叠加法,进行了其施工过程的仿真分析,确定了施工过程中屋盖结构的关键杆件与部位,并现场监测了主要杆件的应力和节点的位移。结果表明,施工仿真计算值与实测值吻合较好,验证了施工仿真分析方法的有效性和监测的可靠性。
Due to the complex structure of the system and nodes, there are many factors that affect the stress and deformation of the structure during the construction. The simulation analysis and monitoring of the entire construction process have become the important technical measures to ensure the construction safety of the structure. Taking the steel roof project of Huangshi Gymnasium as an example, the simulation and analysis of the construction process based on the finite element method and the state variable superposition method were carried out. The key components and parts of the roof structure during construction were determined. The stress of the piece and the displacement of the piece. The results show that the calculated value of construction simulation is in good agreement with the measured value, which verifies the validity of construction simulation and the reliability of monitoring.
