乡村精英是农村政治经济发展的关键,而在构建农村社会发展过程,越来越多的精英人物起到至关重要的作用,对农村基层建设、政策制定与实施以及基层政治发展具有重要影响力。了解乡村精英的理论概念,分析乡村精英对农村政治经济发展的利影响,科学、客观地对农村政治发展提出相应的对策,才能有助于中国的基层民主建设。
The elite in the countryside is the key to the political and economic development in the rural areas. More and more elites play an important role in the process of building the rural social development, and have an important influence on the rural grass-roots construction, policy formulation and implementation as well as grass-roots political development . To understand the theoretical concept of the elite of the countryside, to analyze the impact of the rural elites on the political and economic development of the rural areas, and to put forward appropriate countermeasures for the political development in rural areas scientifically and objectively can we help to build grassroots democracy in China.
