目的 :探讨糖尿病患者行胸部肿瘤手术围术期处理措施。方法 :对 2 8例伴 2型糖尿病的常见胸部肿瘤手术临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :术后 3d血糖“反跳”性增高 ,吻合口瘘 16 .7% (3/ 18) ,心律失常 17.9%(5 / 2 8) ;伤口部分感染或愈合不良 14 .3% (4 / 2 8)。结论 :应重视术后早期血糖升高的现象 ,应用胰岛素控制血糖、预防感染和防治心血管并发症是围术期治疗的重点。
Objective: To investigate the perioperative management of chest cancer in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods: The clinical data of 28 cases of common thoracic tumors with type 2 diabetes mellitus were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The blood sugar rebound increased on the postoperative day. The anastomotic fistula was 16.7% (3/18) and the arrhythmia was 17.9% (5/28). The partial wound infection or poor healing was 14.3% (4 / 2 8). Conclusion: It is necessary to pay attention to the phenomenon of early postoperative elevated blood glucose. Using insulin to control blood sugar, preventing infection and preventing cardiovascular complications is the key point of perioperative treatment.
