党员对党的方针、政策、决议有不同意见,可以在党的会议上提出,也可以向各级党组织直至中央作口头或书面的报告。对于任何党员提出的批评和意见,只要是正确的,都应该采纳和接受。
Party members have different opinions on the party’s principles, policies and resolutions. They can put forward suggestions at the party’s meeting or make oral or written reports to party organizations at all levels up to the central authorities. The criticisms and opinions put forward by any party member should be adopted and accepted if they are correct.
