去年十月,胡耀邦同志在辽宁省直属机关干部大会上讲了一段饶有风趣而又意味深长的话。他说:中国这块地域的轮廓象一只雄鸡,东北象个鸡头。雄鸡一唱天下白,中国从此天亮了。雄鸡二唱,是三十二年。现在,我们中国这只雄鸡大概要三唱了。这三唱,要唱出一个强大的社会主义中国。处在鸡头地位的东北三省,你们怎么唱法?你这鸡头唱出的声音是哑的还是洪亮的?是响彻云霄的还是慢条斯理、有气无力的? 从那次干部大会到现在,“三唱”的号召传遍了辽河流域、黄海之滨,鼓舞着辽宁省广大干部和群众。各行各业、各条战线都放开“歌喉”,唱起了奔向四化的进行曲。
