对我国生产的直径800mm的铅芯夹层橡胶隔震装置,即800型隔震装置进行了力学性能试验,研究内容包括隔震装置的水平剪切性能和竖向压缩性能。文中还给出了水平剪切变形及竖向压应力对800型隔震装置力学性能的影响,并与300型铅芯夹层橡胶隔震装置进行了对比分析.研究结果表明,800型隔震装置具有稳定可靠的力学性能。
The 800mm diameter lead-core rubber isolation device, 800-type vibration isolation device produced in China, was tested for mechanical properties. The study included the horizontal shear performance and vertical compression performance of the isolation device. The effects of horizontal shear deformation and vertical compressive stress on the mechanical properties of the 800-type seismic isolation device are also presented in this paper. The results are compared with the 300-lead sandwich rubber isolation device. The results show that the 800-type seismic isolation device With stable and reliable mechanical properties.
