本文观察了灭滴灵治疗牙龈病与牙周炎44例的疗效。治疗分两组,单纯灭滴灵组和灭滴灵与红霉素复合组,总治愈率为90.4％,复发率为7％,疗效满意。根据本文治疗结果,结合灭滴灵抗厌氧菌的药理作用,认为牙龈病与牙周炎主要以厌氧菌感染为主要病因。灭滴灵治疗牙周组织疾病,药源丰富,用药方便,副作用小,药价便宜,病人易于接受,为治疗牙周炎、龈缘炎的有效药物。
This article observed the efficacy of metronidazole treatment of gingival disease and periodontitis in 44 cases. The treatment was divided into two groups, simple metronidazole group and metronidazole and erythromycin composite group, the total cure rate was 90.4%, the recurrence rate was 7%, with satisfactory results. According to the results of this article, combined with metronidazole anti-anaerobic pharmacological effects that gingival disease and periodontitis mainly anaerobic infections as the main cause.
