人工成本作为商务成本的重要组成部分,是一个城市综合竞争力的“利器”。6月30日,上海市劳动保障局公布的数据显示,2004年本市企业的人工成本投入产出比(即通常所说的“百元人工成本利润”)为183元,达到近8年来最高值。这个数据是通过对15个行业的5000余户外资、国有、私营等各种经济类型企业进行抽样调查而得的,涉及从业人员123万名。更重要的是,透视一系列看似枯燥的数据,我们可以更加客观地看待上海的商务成本,看出上海在各方面呈现出的比较优势。
