应澳大利亚联邦家庭和社区服务部等邀请,2005年7月11日—17日,张小建副部长率领劳动和社会保障部代表团对澳大利亚进行了工作访问。其间,代表团与澳大利亚家庭和社区服务部就业和产业关系部、教育部的官员和技术专家进行了广泛交流和研讨;并实地考察了墨尔本和悉尼的有关职业培训和就业服务机构。通过考察,代表团对澳大利亚的就业服务、职业培训和相关社会保障工作有了更深入的了解,特别是对其通过市场运作保证职业培训和就业服务的效率,通过政府监控保证职业培训和就业服务的质量等做法印象深刻。
At the invitation of the Australian Federal Ministry of Family and Community Services, from 11 to 17 July 2005, Vice Minister Zhang Xiajian led a delegation from the Ministry of Labor and Social Security to conduct a working visit to Australia. In the meantime, the delegation conducted extensive exchanges and discussions with the Department of Employment and Industrial Relations of the Family and Community Services Department of Australia, officials of the Ministry of Education and technical experts; and inspected the vocational training and employment service institutions in Melbourne and Sydney. Through the inspection, the delegation gained a better understanding of employment services, vocational training and related social security in Australia, in particular, ensuring the efficiency of vocational training and employment services through market operation and ensuring vocational training and employment services through government control The quality of the practice is impressive.
