目的对护士分层管理的效果进行分析。方法本次探究中选取我院在2015年4月至2016年4月期间在职的52例护士作为样本人群,根据是否实施护士分层管理进行分组,组别是2组,将未实施护士分层管理的26例护士作为对照组,将实施护士分层管理的26例护士作为实验组。结果实验组中患者、护士以及医生对护理工作的满意度均得到了显著性提升,与对照组患者相比均存在显著性差异,P<0.05,统计学意义均存在。结论实施护士分层管理可以显著提升患者护理满意度、护士护理满意度、医生护理满意度,值得临床应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of nurses’ stratification management. Methods A total of 52 nurses working in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the sample population in this study. The nurses were divided into two groups based on whether the nurses were stratified or not. The nurses were divided into two groups. The nurses were not stratified Twenty-six nurses were administered as control group. Twenty-six nurses who performed nurse management were included in the experiment. Results The satisfaction degree of patients, nurses and doctors in the experimental group was significantly improved compared with the control group, P <0.05, statistical significance existed. Conclusion The implementation of nurse management can significantly improve the patient satisfaction with nursing, nursing satisfaction, nurse satisfaction, worthy of clinical application.
