对区域金融生态发展中的法律制度因素如何评价,有三个标准可以衡量。其中是否能够满足区域经济发展的需要是其基础性指标,能否正确界定政府在金融市场中的角色是其核心指标,能否不断适应外部环境变化的需要是其动态指标。
There are three criteria that can be used to evaluate the legal system in the development of regional financial ecology. Whether it can meet the needs of regional economic development is its basic indicator. Whether it can define the government’s role in the financial market correctly is its core indicator. Whether it can adapt to the changing needs of the external environment is its dynamic indicator.
