This article analyzes and discusses the talent structure and causes of the current grass-roots MCH teams in the survey of the status of women and children health professionals in 13 counties in the Handan area. It proposes reform measures. I. Status analysis A total of 615 maternal and child care technicians were registered in 13 counties across the region.
