卫生工作改革以来,我省各级医疗单位从解决“独家办、大锅饭、一刀切、不核算”入手,开始探索具有中国特色的社会主义卫生事业的正确途径,拓宽了卫生事业发展渠道,取得了可喜的进展,但是,由于近几年思想政治工作的放松和片面追求经济收入的倾向,出现了医护质量滑坡,服务态度下降等与卫生改革不相适应的现象.今后医院经济发展前景如何,对此有必要进行一些探讨. Since the reform of the health work, all levels of medical units in our province have begun to explore the correct path to the socialist health undertakings with Chinese characteristics by solving the problem of “exclusive office, big pot of rice, across the board, and without accounting” and have broadened the channels for the development of the health industry. Thanks to gratifying progress, however, due to the relaxation of ideological and political work in recent years and the lopsided pursuit of economic income, there have been phenomena such as the decline in the quality of medical care and the decline in service attitude that are incompatible with health reform.
