本文以闪光融合临界频率值(c/s)、视觉运动反应时(ms)、剂量作业阅字错误率(%)、平均劳动时间率(%)和劳动强度指数为指标,研究了长途邮车高龄(50~60岁)驾驶员的作业能力变动情况。结果:日净工作时间平均为620min;平均劳动时间率为87.0%;c/s呈下降趋势,ms错误数明显增加;剂量作业阅字数减少,错误率增加;劳动强度属Ⅱ级。表明为超负荷劳动,这是造成行车事故的隐患。因此,建立合理的劳动制度和退休制度是亟待解决的问题。
In this paper, the flash fusion critical frequency value (c/s), visual motion response time (ms), dose reading error rate (%), average labor time rate (%) and labor intensity index are used as indices to study long-distance mail Older (50-60 years old) driver’s ability to change.
