为了加强战备,1983年7月15日至21日,在某坑道进行了一次作战演习。演习期间,所有人员在隔绝式通风和滤毒式通风的情况下,均食用军用食品;在清洁式通风的情况下,则食用从坑道外送来的饭菜。为了解这种饮食供应情况是否适宜?对指战员身体有无影响?我们对演习人员饮食适应性进行了初步观察,结果如下。食品种类与就餐方法一、食品种类军用食品有761压缩干粮、面包、旦糕、午餐肉罐头、糖水桔子罐头、香肠、咸鸭旦、榨菜等;一般食品有大米饭、馒头、油条、豆浆、面条、青椒炒肉、炒黄瓜、西红柿鸡旦汤等。
