刘勇腾讯北京分公司总经理中国信息网络安全人才培养体系亟待改善。与欧美国家相比,中国互联网发展较晚,在信息网络安全普及教育和人才培养上相对滞后,这也是造成中国安全人才匮乏的主要原因之一。中国想要推进信息网络安全事业发展,必须创新安全人才培养机制和模式,树立新的安全人才观念,通过开放合作、体系建设、提升企业责任三个维度,进一步提升安全人才的专业实力,加快人才输出,推进核心技术研发和全民信息网络安全普及教育,以此实现中国互联网安全的长久稳定。
