2002年是中国对外贸易发展最好的一年,机电产品的进出口贸易表现尤佳,全年进出口贸易总额达3126.8亿美元,同比增长30.7%,净增735亿美元,占全国外贸进出口总额的50.4%。其成绩的取得,除了客观的国内外宏观环境外,为国际贸易提供条件服务的微观组织系统的建设,包括银行、保险、海关、商检、物流等等自然是功不可没,其中,一直为我国机电产品出口至诚服务的三大中介组织——中国机电产品进出口商会(简称机电商会)、中国国际贸易促进委员会机械行业分会(简称机械贸促会)、中国国际贸易促进委员会电子信息行业分会(简称电子贸促会),在业界所做的工作最值得我们的关注,尤其在中国入世后,中介组织发挥的力量越来越突现出来。由于其自身工作的特点,他们对机电国际贸易服务的理解和对国际市场走势的把握对广大出口企业来说具有重要的参考价值。故此,本刊专访了上述三大中介组织的主管领导,请他们谈谈自己的心声和工作体会。
Year 2002 was the best year for China’s foreign trade. The import and export of electromechanical products performed particularly well. The total volume of import and export trade in the year reached 312.68 billion U.S. dollars, up 30.7 percent year on year and a net increase of 73.5 billion U.S. dollars, accounting for the total import and export volume of the country’s foreign trade 50.4% of the total. In addition to the objective macroeconomic environment at home and abroad, the achievements made in the acquisition of their achievements have naturally contributed to the construction of a micro-organizational system that provides conditions for international trade, including banking, insurance, customs, commodity inspection and logistics. Among them, Export of Machinery and Electronic Products Import and Export Chamber of Commerce (referred to as the Electrical and Mechanical Chamber of Commerce), China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Machinery Industry Branch (CCPIT), China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Electronic Information Branch (referred to as Electronics CCPIT), the work done in the industry is the most worthy of our attention, especially after China’s accession to the WTO, the power of intermediary organizations to emerge more and more emerge. Due to the characteristics of their own work, their understanding of the international trade services of electromechanical and their grasp of the trend of the international market have an important reference value for the majority of exporting enterprises. Therefore, the magazine interviewed the leaders of the above three intermediary organizations, asked them to talk about their own feelings and work experience.
