[目的]建立一套适合我国南方设施草莓无土栽培管理技术方法。[方法]对设施草莓无土栽培的品种、基质配方、栽培模式及营养液配方等进行筛选和优化。[结果]花兰第、红宝、福莓1号更适宜福建地区设施草莓无土立体栽培;基质以椰丝:菇渣:泥炭土体积比为2∶2∶1较优;营养液中Ca(NO3)2·4H2O、KNO3、(NH4)2HPO4、MgSO4·7H2O、NH4NO3的含量分别为280、303、62、246、80 mg/L时果实产量及品质最好;3种栽培模式中管道“A”形栽培种植密度大,空间利用率高,产量高,而且采摘更方便,最具有观赏性。[结论]该研究可为我国南方设施草莓无土栽培生产提供指导。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a set of soilless culture management techniques suitable for strawberry in southern China. [Method] The varieties, matrix formula, cultivation pattern and nutrient solution formula of Strawberry Soilless Culture were selected and optimized. [Result] Hualandi, Hongbao and Fu-berry 1 were more suitable for soilless cultivation of strawberries in facilities in Fujian. The optimum medium was Ca (superscript 2) (NO3) 2.4H2O, KNO3, (NH4) 2HPO4, MgSO4 · 7H2O and NH4NO3 were 280,303,62,246 and 80 mg / L, respectively. The yield and quality of the fruit were the best in the three cultivation modes. “A” shape cultivation planting density, space utilization, high yield, and picking more convenient, the most ornamental. [Conclusion] This study could provide guidance for strawberry soilless culture production in southern China.
