用一种简便、无创伤技术——彩色多普勒和二维超声检测十二指肠胃反流(duodenogas-tricreflux,DGR)和胃动力。27例胃溃疡患者和32例无症状健康者饮500ml清炖肉汤后用彩色多普勒和二维超声观察胃窦收缩频率和胃窦最大截面积减小值以及DGR频率和自幽门口起红色反流信号的间距,计算出反流指数、动力指数和胃排空率。与健康者相比,胃溃疡患者的胃动力指数下降,胃排空迟缓,DGR增加。彩色多普勒超声是一种生理状态下无创伤和辐射、操作简便、能较准确评价DGR程度的有价值的方法,有助于更好地理解胃部疾病的病理生理
Duodenogastric-tricreflux (DGR) and gastric motility were measured by a simple, noninvasive technique, color Doppler and two-dimensional ultrasound. 27 cases of gastric ulcer patients and 32 asymptomatic healthy people drink 500ml stewed bouillon after color Doppler and two-dimensional ultrasound was used to observe the frequency of gastric antrum and the maximum cross-sectional area of gastric antrum decreased and DGR frequency and since the door from the red Reflux signal spacing, calculate the reflux index, dynamic index and gastric emptying rate. Gastric motility index decreased in patients with gastric ulcer, delayed gastric emptying, and increased DGR compared with healthy controls. Color Doppler ultrasound is a valuable method for assessing the extent of DGR more accurately and without invasiveness and radiation in physiological conditions, helping to better understand the pathophysiology of gastric disorders
