我们车间加工的四千马力内燃机车上的八种联结管,过去一直是采用“划线———刨——划线——钻孔——钳工攻丝”这样的单件生产方法,不但数量上满足不了生产发展的要求,质量上也不稳定,特别是钻床上的劳动强度很大。遵照伟大领袖和导师毛主席关于“中国人民有志气有能力,一定要在不远的将来赶上和超过世界先进水平”的教导,我们自制了这台六工位转塔式组合机床。这台机床可完成八种联结管的铣、钻、铰、攻丝等工序,除装卸工件外,实现了加工过程的全自动,经生产使用证明性能良好,不但加工质量稳定,而且大大减轻了工人的劳动强度,适应了生产要求。
