本文观察了以填补肾精为主的延缓衰老方剂还精煎对老年小鼠胸腺超微结构及胸腺性激素受体等的影响。结果表明还精煎能明显提高老年小鼠胸腺重量;改善胸腺超微结构的老年性变化;使胸腺胞浆蛋白质、核 RNA 和 DNA 含量显著增加;并减少胸腺核雌二醇(E_2)受体和双氢辜酮(DHT)受体数量,从而减弱 E_2、DHT 对胸腺的致萎缩作用。还精煎的上述作用提示填补肾精法延缓衰老可能与调整下丘脑—垂体—性腺—胸腺轴功能有关。
In this paper, we observed the effect of delaying the aging prescriptions supplemented with kidney essence on the ultrastructure of thymus and thymic sex hormone receptors in aged mice. The results showed that also refined fried can significantly increase the weight of thymus in aged mice; improve the senile changes of thymus ultrastructure; increase the content of thymus cytoplasm protein, nuclear RNA and DNA; and reduce thymus nucleus estradiol (E_2) receptors And the number of DHT receptors, thereby weakening the atrophic effects of E_2 and DHT on the thymus. The above-mentioned effects of refined frying suggest that filling the kidney essence to delay aging may be related to adjusting the function of the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad-thymus axis.
