本文以芥子气皮下注射实验动物,观察全身中毒毒性及其影响因素。芥子气皮下注射,LD_(50)上海种小鼠为18.0±2.6mg/kg,杂种大鼠为5.9±0.9mg/kg,LD_(98)分别为28.8±4.5及8.5±0.8mg/kg。致死量芥子气中毒后主要表现为食量锐减,体重下降,腹泻,白细胞总数及淋巴细胞数量大幅度下降,脾脏缩小和肾上腺增大等。绝大部分动物在中毒后第3~5天死亡,其中第4天死亡者占70~90%。经分析比较表明,引起芥子气毒性波动的因素有动物种属、芥子气的溶剂、湿度、药物和局部吸收等。
In this paper, subcutaneous injection of mustard gas laboratory animals to observe the toxicity of systemic poisoning and its influencing factors. The mustard seeds were injected subcutaneously in mustard seedlings at a dose of 18.0 ± 2.6 mg / kg for LD_ (50) mice, 5.9 ± 0.9 mg / kg for mixed rats and 28.8 ± 4.5 and 8.5 ± 0.8 mg / kg for LD_ (98), respectively. After the lethal dose of mustard poisoning, the main performance of food intake dropped sharply, weight loss, diarrhea, white blood cell count and lymphocyte number decreased significantly, the spleen and adrenal enlargement and so on. Most animals died on days 3 to 5 after poisoning, of which 70 to 90% died on day 4. The analysis shows that the factors that cause the fluctuation of mustard gas toxicity include animal species, mustard gas solvent, humidity, drugs and local absorption.
