本文报导了以两条路线合成全顺式-8,11,14-廿碳三烯酸。实验证明,在小规模制备时均可获得满意结果。所用原料为长链不饱和脂肪酸混合物(含50～60%γ-亚麻酸)而不必使用γ-亚麻酸纯品。
This paper reports the synthesis of cis-8,11,14-TETA by two routes. Experiments show that in the small-scale preparation can be satisfactory results. The raw material used is a mixture of long-chain unsaturated fatty acids (containing 50-60% gamma-linolenic acid) without the need to use pure gamma-linolenic acid.
