《全日制义务教育普通高级中学英语课程标准》(实验稿)中明确提出要发展学生的自主学习能力。英语作为初中学习的重要课程之一,更需要培养学生的自主学习能力,这就需要老师抓住课堂宝贵的时间,引导学生学会自主学习。在英语课堂上,教师应该协调好自主学习的时间,放手让学生自己发现问题、解决问题,可以采取小组讨论的方式,适当给学生以学习方法的指导,让学生在合作中培养自学能力。学生自主学习能力提高了,定会对日后的学习打下坚实的基础。
“Full-time Compulsory Education General Senior High School English Course Standard” (experimental draft) clearly proposed to develop students’ ability to learn independently. As one of the important courses of junior high school learning, English also needs to cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability. This requires teachers to seize valuable lessons in the classroom and guide students to learn independently. In the English classroom, teachers should coordinate the time of autonomous learning, let the students find problems and solve problems by themselves. They can take the form of group discussions, give appropriate guidance to students in learning methods and enable students to develop self-learning ability in cooperation. Students improve their ability to learn independently, will lay a solid foundation for future learning.
