微肥在玉米生产田的施用效果早有报道,但关于在种子田施用效果的报道则较少。玉米是吉林省的主要作物,每年都需要生产大量的杂交种子。种子生产既要求获得较高的产量,又要求有较高的质量。高量磷肥的施用是引起和加重玉米缺锌的重要原因。而在玉米种子生产中,施足磷酸二铵仍是提高产量的有效保证。在这种情况下,种子田中的有效锌等微量元素能否保证玉米生长发育的需要,种子田施用锌等微肥有何效果?为此,我们于1990年~1991年在校教学实验场进行了本项试验,以探讨施锌、硼对玉米种子产量和质量的影响,为提高种子生产效率提供参考依据。
