基于全长c DNA文库的分析方法已经鉴定了包括人类、小鼠、果蝇等多个物种的lnc RNA,经过分析这些lnc RNA在生物印记、细胞分化、免疫反应、人类肿瘤发生等各种生物过程中发挥关键作用。大部分单一lnc RNA的功能并未明确。本文提出基于构建双色网络的方法在生物表达谱芯片中鉴定新的lnc RNA并注释其功能。该方法通过构建编码与非编码基因的双色网络,重新注释Affymetrix公司所设计的HU 133a平台,重新注释出的lnc RNA功能多样,主要涉及器官发育、细胞内转运、代谢过程等。
Lnc RNAs have been identified from many species including human, mouse, and fruit fly based on the analysis method of the full-length c DNA library. After analyzing these lnc RNAs in various organisms such as biosignature, cell differentiation, immune response and human tumorigenesis Play a key role in the process. The function of most single lnc RNA is not clear. In this paper, we propose to identify new lnc RNA in biological expression microarray and to annotate its function based on the construction of two-color network. This method re-annotates the HU 133a platform designed by Affymetrix by constructing a two-color network of coding and non-coding genes. The re-annotated lnc RNAs are diverse in functions, mainly involving organ development, intracellular transport, and metabolic processes.
