我们自1979年开始用大剂量维生素B_(12)、维生素B_1按板机点由深至浅,分上下左右四点式封闭治疗三叉神经痛100例,均获满意效果,现将方法和体会报告如下。100例中男64例,女36例。年龄最大83岁,最小36岁。病程最长29年,最短7天。全身情况,有高血压史34例,动脉硬化者7例,肝硬化1例,余者均健康。方法:维生素B_(12)4000μg维生素B_1μ200mg+2%盐酸普鲁卡因4ml,对准板机点作深浅上下左右四点式注药。对放射的始端作深层肌下进药。放射的终点作浅层四点式进药。药量可根据疼痛轻重适量进入。但由于药物作用板机点可能变位,治疗时可酌情根据变位更换进药部位。

The beginning of the radiation for subcutaneous subcutaneous medicine. The end of radiation for the shallow four-point into medicine. The dose can be based on the amount of pain to enter. However, due to the role of drug plate machine may shift, the treatment may be based on displacement as appropriate, change into the drug site.
