目的探讨基层医院护理教学查房存在的常见问题及解决对策。方法对护理教学查房中存在的一些常见问题进行分析和总结,并制定相应的解决对策。结果护理教学查房中存在的常见问题有:护理过程与医疗过程不分;护理诊断和医疗诊断混淆不清;在制定护理计划时不是以病人为中心,而是在护士本人主观推断下制定护理计划;护理措施拟定不具体,说套话空话;对护理评估重视不够;健康知识宣教工作欠缺等。制定的解决对策有:加强理论学习,提高业务水平;制定好查房计划;提高护士长的领导水平和教学管理能力;做好护理查房程序的每一个环节等。结论针对基层医院护理教学查房存在的常见问题,制定相应的解决对策,有利于提高护理带教水平和临床护理质量。
Objective To discuss the common problems and solutions of nursing teaching ward in primary hospitals. Methods to analyze and summarize some common problems in nursing teaching ward rounds and to make corresponding solutions. Results Nursing teaching Ward rounds of the common problems are: nursing process and medical process regardless of; nursing diagnosis and medical diagnosis confused; in the development of nursing plans is not patient-centered, but nurses themselves subjective inference to develop care Plan; Nursing measures formulated unspecified, nonsense; inadequate attention to nursing assessment; lack of knowledge and education of health knowledge and so on. Formulated solutions are: to strengthen theoretical study, improve business standards; develop a good rounds of plans to improve the leadership of the nurse’s leadership and teaching management capabilities; do a good job in every aspect of care ward rounds. Conclusions Aiming at the common problems in nursing teaching rounds in primary hospitals, it is necessary to formulate corresponding solutions to improve nursing teaching and clinical nursing quality.
