目的探讨增龄因素对大鼠正畸牙齿移动过程中牙周组织内核因子-κB受体活化因子配体(RANKL)表达的影响。方法用幼鼠(A组,35只)和成鼠(B组,35只)建立大鼠牙齿移动模型,以加力移动的左上第一磨牙的牙周膜和邻近牙槽骨为实验对象,免疫组化法检测相应牙周组织内RANKL因子的表达变化。结果 RANKL因子的阳性表达主要位于压力侧牙周组织内的牙周膜细胞和骨陷窝的破骨细胞中。加力后,A组和B组移动牙齿压力侧牙周组织内的RANKL因子表达均增强,峰值分别出现于第1周和第3周。与B组相比,A组加力后第3天和第1周的RANKL阳性表达明显增加,而第3、4、6、8周则减少(P<0.05)。结论增龄因素使得RANKL因子的表达具有不同的时相性变化规律。
Objective To investigate the effect of aging on the expression of RANKL in periodontal tissues during orthodontic tooth movement in rats. Methods The rat model of tooth movement was established with 35 rats in group A and 35 rats in group B, and the periodontal ligament and adjacent alveolar bone of the upper left first molar moved with force. The expression of RANKL in the corresponding periodontal tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression of RANKL was mainly localized in periodontal ligament cells and osteoclasts in the periodontal tissues on the pressure side. After adding force, the expressions of RANKL in periodontal tissues on the pressure side of tooth movement increased in group A and group B, and the peaks appeared in the first week and the third week respectively. Compared with group B, the expression of RANKL in group A at 3 days and 1 week increased significantly (P <0.05), but decreased at 3, 4, 6 and 8 weeks (P <0.05). Conclusion Aging factors make the expression of RANKL have different time-phase changes.
