英语对于中国的孩子来说,是一门外来的语言。我国从小学开始便让学生学习英语这门语言,既有国际信息交流背景下的需求,也有我们学习人类先进文明实现强国富民自身所需。因此,让孩子从小学开始接触英语,学习英语、掌握英语这种语言工具,具有十分重要的意义。尽管国家、社会、家庭对英语非常重视,认识到学习英语的重要性,可是,对于小学生来说,普遍对学习英语存在畏难情绪,学习英语的兴趣度不高、效果也不尽如人意。这是怎么回事?面对小学普遍存在的这种教学现状,作为教师的我们,又该如何改变这种现状,完成国家和人民交给我们才教学任务呢?
English is an alien language to Chinese children. Since the beginning of primary school, our country has allowed students to learn the language of English, both in the background of international exchange of information and in the study of the advanced civilization of mankind and the fulfillment of the goal of strengthening the country and enriching oneself. Therefore, it is of great significance for children to have access to English, learn English and master English as a language tool from primary school. Although the state, society and families attach great importance to English and recognize the importance of learning English, for primary school students, it is generally difficult to learn English and the interest in learning English is not high enough. How is this going? Faced with the prevailing teaching situation in primary schools, how can we, as teachers, change the status quo so as to accomplish the task entrusted by the state and the people to us?
