蝙蝠葛碱115.7mg/kg·d~(-1),大鼠灌胃20d,结果表明,该药具有降低高胆固醇血症大鼠血中 MDA,升高血中 SOD、GSH—PX 作用,提示该药有抗脂质过氧化作用。
Dictooline 115.7mg/kg·d-1 was administered to the rats for 20 days. The results showed that the drug had the effect of reducing MDA in blood of hypercholesterolemic rats and increasing the effect of SOD and GSH-PX in blood. The drug has anti-lipid peroxidation.
