据文献报道,氯霉素滴眼剂采用硼酸缓冲液配制较为稳定,但是多年来的实践证明:用硼酸缓冲液配制的氯霉素滴眼剂刺激性较大,使患者难以接受。除此之外,用该处方配制的滴眼剂,不论装于棕色玻璃瓶或是无色玻璃瓶中,其色泽很快就由无色变成黄色。这种现象表明氯霉素已部分分解。我们曾反复试验,均出现上述结果。为了克服上述缺点,我们参照陈光表同志拟定的处方配制了一批氯霉素滴眼剂,供患者使用。据患者反映,该滴眼剂色泽变黄现象有很大改善,但其刺激性没有减小,
