在科学技术迅速发展的今天,改革搞活是企业发展的动力,技术进步同样是企业发展的动力。几年来,我们注重引进、开发、运用新技术,努力发挥先进设备的优势,扩大通信能力,取得了较大的成效。自1983年以来,我局的经济效益连年大幅度增长,1987年与1982年相比,业务收入增长4.32倍,达到3256万元;全员劳动生产率提高2.35倍,达到11037元/人,名列全国同行业前列。我局的经济效益成绩显著是与实现技术进步紧密相联的。一、引进新技术,改造老企业,促进社会经济的发展。
