On May 28, a committee of experts on efficient eco-economic development in the Yellow River Delta comprising 24 well-known experts from the Chinese Agricultural Association, the Ministry of Work of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the advisory group of Chinese agricultural experts Lu Liangshu and Yang Zhenhuai passed the resolution on “The Efficient Ecology of the Yellow River Delta Economic Development Planning (2001 ~ 2010) ”review argumentation.
