一直以来,资金管理都是行政事业单位内部管理与控制的核心环节。在行政事业单位的发展运营中,唯有不断加强资金内部控制,方能保障其各项职能顺利发挥与执行,行政事业单位也才能健康发展。基于此,本文立足于行政事业单位,从其资金内控目标与内容谈起,分析了当前行政事业单位资金内控的缺陷,并对资金内控的未来发展提出相关设计与构想。
All along, the fund management is the internal management and control of administrative institutions at the core. In the development and operation of administrative units, only by continuously strengthening the internal control of funds can we guarantee the smooth development and implementation of all its functions so that administrative units can develop healthily. Based on this, this article based on the administrative institutions, from the internal control objectives and content of capital control, analysis of the current internal control institutional funds deficiencies, and the future development of capital control proposed design and concept.
