用薄层扫描法测定绵马贯众在２年贮存期中东北贯众素的含量；用面积归一法计算总间苯三酚衍生物的含量。结果提示以绵马贯众鲜品为对照，贮存１年和２年的贯众药材东北贯众素的含量分别降低了２２％和２７％，总间苯三酚衍生物含量分别降低了２％和８％。
TLC scanning method was used to determine the content of GK in the storage period of Mianma Guanzhong and the total phloroglucinol content was calculated by the area normalization method. The results suggest that the content of GSZ in storage for 1 year and 2 years was reduced by 22% and 27%, respectively, and that of total phloroglucinol was reduced by 2%. And 8%.
