应用随机、单盲、安慰剂对照平行设计，观察毛冬青甲素口服治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的短期疗效。结果显示：治疗组心气虚主要症状改善率为７９．２～９４．６％；对照组为４３．５～６７．０％。其他症状治疗组的改善率也高于对照组。心功能总有效率治疗组为７８．１％，对照组为４５％，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），心衰记分的改善，治疗组也明显优于对照组。认为该药治疗心衰有良好的效果。
Randomized, single-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel design was used to observe the short-term efficacy of Ornithine A orally in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure. The results showed that the improvement rate of the main symptoms of heart qi deficiency was 79.2-94.6% in the treatment group and 43.5-67.0% in the control group. The improvement rate of other symptom treatment groups was also higher than that of the control group. The total effective rate of heart function was 78.1% in the treatment group and 45% in the control group. There was a significant difference (P<0.05), and the heart failure score was improved. The treatment group was also significantly better than the control group. It is believed that the drug has a good effect in treating heart failure.
