对中国式的公路现代化的道路问题,一些领导干部、专家和读者发表了自己的见解,提出了不少好的建议和意见。读后颇受启发,增长了很多知识。在此,也想就我国如何实现公路现代化的问题补充一点浅见,就是要抓紧职工的业务技术培洲。公路现代化建设,需要大批的各种专门人材。除少数由各类学校毕业生补充外,绝大多数还得从现有职工中培养。因此,职工培训工作的好与坏,将直接影响到公路现代化的进程。
